"Should’ve trusted my gut"
This just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The price seemed steep for what I actually got, and the whole time I kept thinking I probably could’ve found a better deal somewhere else. Maybe other people will like it, but my instinct was telling me it wasn’t a great value, and I should’ve trusted that.

"support was okay, just a bit slow"
i had to reach out to rotunda.co support because there was an issue with my account. they did get it fixed eventually, so i can’t really complain too much.

the support person was polite and seemed willing to help, but the replies were slower than i expected. i also had to explain the same thing more than once, which got a bit annoying.
overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great either. it would be a lot better if they responded faster and paid closer attention to the first message.

"I used rotunda.co for team scheduling, and..."
I used rotunda.co for team scheduling, and the communication part had me going, “make it make sense.” Messages were easy to miss, and the notifications weren’t always clear enough to know what actually needed attention. For basic scheduling, it does the job, but anytime plans changed quickly, everyone still ended up texting outside the app anyway. It’s not terrible, but I really expected it to make team communication smoother than it did.

Rotunda.co has made scheduling so much easier for us. I used to get frustrated going back and forth all day trying to fill gaps or swap shifts, and now I can usually spot what needs fixing right away. It feels like such a relief when something that used to take forever only takes a few minutes. That said, it’s not perfect, sometimes I get a little annoyed because I have to refresh to see the latest updates. But once it catches up, I’m back to being grateful for how much time it saves. Overall, it’s been a big help for our team. 4 stars from me.

"Really easy to use"
rotunda.co was super easy to use. I didn’t have to hunt around for anything, and little things like finding the booking info and checking the details were exactly where I expected them to be. It made the whole process quick, which I really appreciated. Always nice when a site just works without turning into a big thing
